Kevin brings over 25 years of business building and consulting experience to his leadership of O’Neill Consulting’s global search practice. He has ownership of not only the firm’s strategic direction and aggressive growth, but also is responsible for the ultimate satisfaction of each client.
Kevin leads senior client relationships in industries spanning Consumer, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, and Private Equity. He founded O’Neill Consulting in 1996, after several years at a large Philadelphia-based search firm and client management roles with two investment banks. He is a graduate of Marietta College in Ohio, where he studied Politics.
The married father of four is actively engaged in his community, where he has served as a past board member for the American Heart Association and YMCA, and President of his local parish council. When Kevin isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and training for races and triathlons.
Oliver has more than a decade of executive recruiting experience, focusing on the Consumer, Industrial and Private Equity sectors. Over the course of his career, he has led search engagements for C-level, CFO, operating partner, vice president, reporting segment head, and director positions for a wide range of clients. He specializes in functional roles for finance, sales, and engineering, as well as large hiring and internal talent restructuring initiatives.
Before joining O’Neill Consulting, Oliver co-founded and led a Rhode Island company that sold jewelry manufacturing equipment to U.S and international clients. Oliver majored in International Relations at The Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
Oliver is married and the proud father of two children. He is an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, a former State Chairman for the Leukemia & Lymphoma’s Light the Night Charity, and an active supporter of Swim Across America.
Doug is an executive search leader and human capital strategist with more than 15 years of multinational expertise across the hospitality, real estate, and technology industries. Well-versed in organizational design and behavior, Doug aligns talent to fit his clients’ business strategies and cultures. He manages key client relationships and engagements for a range of functional roles including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources.
Doug was Founder & Managing Director of DMR Advisory, acquired by O’Neill Consulting in 2015, where he was distinguished as a member of The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). Previously, Doug served for 13 years as Managing Director for HVS Executive Search where he helped launch one of the first online recruitment websites.
Doug is based in New York. His personal passions include finishing New York Times crossword puzzles and spending as much time outdoors as possible. He considers being a husband and father his greatest accomplishments.
Kevin is a search and HR leader with a track record of accelerating company transformations through effective recruitment and talent management. As client partner, he collaborates with clients to build and scale successful teams. His work spans the entire recruiting process from defining the client’s need to designing effective search strategies to attracting highly qualified talent.
Kevin rejoined O’Neill Consulting after working as director of human resources with ATW Companies, where he built and led the internal HR function for multiple sites across Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and California. His accomplishments included hiring a team of HR business partners and formalizing a strategy around the attraction, retention, and development of talent for the organization. Kevin consulted for ATW during his earlier tenure with O’Neill Consulting after rising from research associate to partner in nine years at Management Search Inc.
Kevin spends his personal time outdoors with his wife, Becky, and their three kids or with friends. Come summer, you’ll find him hitting the golf course, and come winter, skiing down snow-covered mountains.
Rose delivers financial insights to build our strategy, operations, and talent for world-class results. Managing all financial aspects of the business, she is a trusted partner and resource to both our leaders and our clients.
With 25 years of progressive finance experience, Rose first established herself as a New York State CPA in Big 4 accounting, then advanced into financial leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Her career also includes a decade running her own business as an independent financial consultant. In every role, she has built a reputation for steadfast commitment and reliability. And true to the New Yorker that she is, thrives in ever-changing, dynamic environments.
Rose brings these strengths to her passions outside of work too. She enjoys challenging herself in high intensity interval training; promoting food allergy education on behalf of her son; and cheering on her three children’s sports teams together with her husband. Since moving to Rhode Island, her family also relishes in the plentiful water and boating activities “The Ocean State” has in store.
As research director, Paula applies her time and talent to mentor, train, and empower our research associates. She hones and teaches best practices including targeted research, communications, and candidate vetting. She also supports the execution of searches to engage highly qualified candidate slates that meet or exceed our clients’ needs. Her passion for matching clients and candidates to ignite their shared excitement to create the future together underpins her success.
Before joining our team, Paula began her recruiting career with Fortune Personnel Consultants of Providence following Product Development and Marketing roles for blue-chip retailers including Swarovski and Nine West Group.
Outside of work, Paula is an active volunteer for her children’s schools, community, and youth soccer program. Having married a past-collegiate soccer player, the sport has become a way of life. Her favorite way to spend the weekend is at a soccer field with her husband and two boys.
Zach’s positive attitude and people skills define his success connecting businesses with talent. Plus, a strong drive stemming from his outlook that ‘success is never given, it’s earned daily.’ As a research associate, Zach actively listens to clients, translates their needs into qualifications, and identifies and evaluates candidates against them. He also assists our partners in building our growing client base across the consumer, industrial, and private equity industries.
Zach brings 5 years of experience in the search industry to O’Neill Consulting. As a senior staffing consultant with The Greysmith Companies, he gained a deep foundation in recruitment, client relationship management, and business development.
When he’s not working, Zach is usually on the move. An avid distance runner, he competes in races from marathons to halfs to 10Ks. Zach also enjoys traveling to discover music, culture, and food—especially in search of the perfect brew of coffee or craft beer. With 32 states in the books, he plans to visit the other 18 in the near future.
Nicole discovers all-star talent for our clients’ businesses. Working closely with our partners, she enjoys crafting position descriptions, developing sourcing strategies, and conducting high-quality candidate research.
To her role, she brings strengths in communication, data management, and research and a mindset of putting others first. Her experience includes data research and analysis for Magna Hospitality Group and Brown University’s Evidence2Success study, which makes smart, data-driven investments to support youth in need.
Nicole spends her time off exploring the world—having already visited 13 countries—as well as her home-state, Rhode Island. She likes nothing better than discovering new restaurants, the perfect cup of dark roast coffee, or destinations for sailing adventures aboard her Catalina named Ondelette.
Brian identifies high potential candidates for our client’s roles. On any given day, you can find him crafting position descriptions, connecting with candidates, or synthesizing data into insights and reports. His ability to view problems from all angles makes him an expert problem solver and researcher.
Brian previously worked for Delta Dental’s data team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. His strong work ethic formed at an early age; balancing two jobs and a summer internship in college and launching a landscaping business in high school. Brian earned a B.A. Journalism from the University of Rhode Island.
When he’s not searching for the elusive, ideal candidate, Brian is usually on the go. On weekends you’ll likely find him spending time with friends and family (he’s a triplet with 40 first cousins!) or exercising, playing basketball, volleyball, or tennis.
Barrett is a high-energy team-player who supports our project teams by sourcing and screening talent, delivering market intelligence, and managing data. Through his diligent work ethic, he identifies the best quality candidates that will move the needle for our clients’ organizations.
Barrett brings internship experience in the venture capital and automotive sectors. In these roles, he supported senior leadership in managing portfolio assets, researching target companies, and optimizing CRM databases. He attended Loyola University Maryland where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Information Systems.
Known for his go-getter attitude at work, Barrett loves playing competitive sports in his free time. Basketball is his true passion. When he’s not on the court, he enjoys spending time with friends, partaking in outdoor activities, and volunteering for organizations such as The Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.
Kylie comes to work each day with a passion to change people’s lives. As a research assistant, this mindset fuels her drive to uncover talent that can help our clients transform their businesses while matching candidates with new fulfilling career paths. Her investigative nature allows her to delve deep into research, uncover trends, and connect the dots to produce the most qualified candidates.
Prior to joining the O’Neill Consulting team, Kylie held an impressive list of internships. She worked as a public relations intern for a strategic communications firm and as a feature writer for a publication in Prague during a study abroad program. She attended the University of Rhode Island where she earned a B.A. in Journalism.
When Kylie is not identifying top candidates at the office, she retreats to the outdoors. Snowboarding the mountains of New England is at the top of her ever-growing list of favorite outdoor activities. Biking, hiking, and trips to the beach closely follow.
Betsy keeps our day-to-day work flow running smoothly. Carrying out an array of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks, she ensures every client and candidate who works with us has a world class experience.
Betsy brings significant experience in accounting, administration, and account management. Prior to O’Neill Consulting, she spent nine years as account coordinator and administrative assistant with Home Instead Senior Care. She previously supported the success of two global manufacturing firms in similar administrative roles. Betsy holds an AAS in Business Administration.
Outside our fast-paced work environment, Betsy enjoys slowing down—often working in her garden or getting lost in a good book. She has been married for over 30 years to her husband Bob, who together have two sons and a dog, Dukie, who always keeps them on their toes.
